Andrew and Melissa’s house is truly wonderful. The inside is spacious and well-designed, with very comfortable spaces for eating and hanging out. And the pool and backyard are fantastic. The pool is right off the house and fully fenced in, making it very easy to use. Finally, the location is excellent. The house is surrounded by trees and feels secluded but is also quick drive to Greenport.

Andrew and Melissa's place was fabulous! The pool was just what we needed after a busy few weeks. Expect total chill time in this beautiful part of the North Fork if you rent here! Andrew was an excellent communicator. We had no issues during our stay. It was easy to get / order groceries, the farmer's market is very close by, and it's a quick ride to the Greenport train station if anyone has to come / go for work during the week. There is ample space here and they have kept the furnishings minimal and very nicely appointed while also adding fun things for the kids (lots of games and great TVs). The pool house was wonderful for our nanny who came out during the week. Really good restaurants in Greenport and the rocky beach nearby is a little slice of Great Britain on Long Island! Other nearby beaches are also very nice but we spent most of our time swimming in the pool and enjoying the breezy yard. Would definitely rent here again and highly recommend!

Andrew's home was a wonderful place to enjoy a summer vacation with family. It is spacious and well equipped and the pool is fantastic for the kids! Andrew was a very responsive host who offered help or direction when needed. Can't wait to return!

Andrew and Melissa were exceptional hosts! They were friendly, responsive, welcoming, and gracious! Their home was immaculate and perfect for our family that ranged in age from 6 years - 100 years old!! Their home was exactly as described! We would hands down recommend their beautiful home to anyone! We would absolutely stay there again!! Thank you Andrew and Melissa for inviting us into your home!!
