I don’t think I have enough words!!! Simply stunning. We can’t thank you enough Ann. Your home is stunning and the most child friendly place. We felt right at home straight away. The surroundings are beautiful and house is perfect. Albert and Kathy were amazing. You helped us with any advise and questions. We already can wait to book with you again. Lovely home, tastefully decorated with all the homely touches. Private and secure . We enjoyed our stay, perfectly suited for families. We should have stayed longer. We will be back.

Ann's gorgeous guest house was the perfect spot for our group of 7 friends. the decor is lovely, and there are plenty of spots to lounge around inside and out. Some reviewers have noted that the rooms are interconnected - this didn't bother us, as all rooms could be exited either back to the living space or to the garden, so no need to walk through bedrooms. The pool and outside brai area are fantastic, and the whole house is well stocked for cooking and socialising. Ann and her property manager were very welcoming and helpful. A great location for exploring Franshoek and the surrounding area. Thanks for everything!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Ann’s house. The surroundings are beautiful and we were made to feel very welcome. We took our one year old and there were plenty of toys and amenities to keep him happy. The swimming pool was perfect, and we especially enjoyed the daily visits and cuddles from Daxie the lovely farm dog. We would love to stay again when we next visit Franschhoek.
