Location - The house sits a road away from the Kawaguchi Lake (1 min drive or 10 mins walk). There is a 7-eleven at the end of the road as well, and a 5 minute drive from the largest supermarket in the area, Ogino, where you can quality raw materials if one would like to cook. We ended up cooking 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. Facility - The house is even nicer than it looks in the photos. The second floor living and sleeping area is nicely decorated and very cozy. The ground floor area has a lot of tatami space and can easily sleep 6 adults. The Host - Very responsive. We had issues locating the house in the beginning and he was able to respond and help immediately. Amano-san also provided plenty of amenities beyond the basics. We were welcomed with local juice, fruits, tea, coffee and snacks. They really put in the effort to prepare the place up for visitors. We really appreciated it. We even reached out to borrow a portable gas stove for hotpot mid-stay!

The best Airbnb I've stayed at - even better than the photos. Lovely host (their friends dropped us cake and fruits)! A very authentic Japanese experience

とても清潔感があり、アメニティも充実していて、ホスピタリティ溢れるホストさんでした！すべての方にオススメできる信頼できる方です(^^) Okimura is a great host! I was relieved because easy and quickly to contacted with him . There is no problems at all because he understand what guest feel and he gave me much consideration. So, 5 stars experience! I want to come back him on the next time!!

快適な広い所です！ 河口湖の隣にこんな戸建を居住すると、予想以上の旅を展開するはずだと思います。 オーナーさんも優しいし、対応も早いし！朝ご飯までご用意していただきました。 おもてなしところなので、皆さんに大勧めで〜す！
