The house was clean and super cute and the back patio is a beautiful oasis! The AC unit was a little noisy from the bunk room but the hosts were super responsive and came out to look right away.

Jen's listing was perfect for a weekend trip for a group. The apartment was clean and organized, the linens were fresh, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Jen was flexible with our check-in and responsive throughout our stay - she even offered to restock paper goods and laundry items during our trip, which our group felt was excellent service. Do be aware that this property is on the first floor, and you may occasionally hear the upstairs neighbors from time to time, but it was in no way obtrusive. Street noise was virtually non-existent as well. The property is a very short walk from King street as well as multiple markets, restaurants, and coffee shops only a few blocks over. The location was great, as was our stay and our host. I would definitely recommend Jen's property as a place to stay for a small group looking to spend a week or so in Charleston!

Had a long term stay in Charleston and Jen's place was FANTASTIC! Great unit with wonderful updates and super clean space. Looks EXACTLY like the pictures and everything is updated - modern - simple. The neighborhood is wonderful with lots of local restaurant options but walkable to entire Charleston areas. Wonderful workspace, kitchen and laundry for long term stays. Quiet unit even with guests upstairs! Lovely little garden in backyard and parking for compact car for convenience. After a month Jen's place and Charleston felt like home!
