I booked the Cottonwood farmhouse for all of my inlaws for a long overdue family vacation so you can imagine I was sweating it a bit until we pulled up to the house...OH WOW!! It left everyone gushing over it all weekend. The best part is that it immediately felt like home. You had every single thing you could think of from a giant serving dish to a croquet set to bathrobes and slippers in every room. There was plenty of room and space to spread out and have a quiet moment to yourself along with comfy and welcoming spaces for the entire family to gather. They even spent the last dinner planning our return visit next year! Even when a small issue arose our host was ON IT in minutes and ready to help in any way possible. You can tell this house is loved and deeply cared for. I can't speak more highly of the Cottonwood Farmhouse and if you want to impress your family, bring them here! ;)

A cousin's reunion, this was a dozen highly experienced travelers, and we all loved this beautiful house and grounds. Amazing landscaping around this 1898 vintage house, and despite its age, the house is as modern and solid as can be. Every detail is covered from a great gas grill, large community fire pot, heated and pristine pool, and outdoor furniture galore. Sitting at the base of the Blue Mountains, the views are incredible. The rooms were big and the beds were perfect. We were even adopted by Maui, a beautiful puppy from the next farm over. Our host was promptly responsive. We had a great stay! Thanks, Alex, for sharing your amazing place with us.

This place is absolutely amazing! The pool is perfect for the kids and the amount of wildlife in the area makes it so much better. We saw turkeys, deer and pheasants just on the first morning in the backyard. The host is very responsive and the checkout was the way it should be - a breeze. 10/10 would recommend.

Loved, loved, loved this property! Our entire group said it is ranked at the top of all our Airbnb locations. Very well appointed, awesome outdoor seating area. We didn't do any cooking, it looked fully equipped. Communication was excellent, we were able to arrive a bit early. Very peaceful. My only complaint, and it is minor, I wish there were real wine glasses - meaning non-plastic cups. Coming to the area for wine, we wanted to fully appreciate it at the property as well. Other than that, couldn't ask for anything else. We'll be back for sure!
