Location, location, location!! I’ve rented this unit 2 summers in a row and it never disappoints. Complex is right across the playground which is a plus if you have kids. And it’s a breezy 5 block walk to Main Street and the pier for shopping and restaurants. And of course the beach is just right across on the other side of PCH. Felicia is easy to communicate and work with if I ever had any questions.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Denise and Paige’s place with a spectacular view of the ocean and amazing sunset everyday. We took a lot of pictures. Each day was a new experience. Watching surfers 🏄‍♂️ from the apartment was a treat. We were working remotely. The apartment layout provided appropriate setup to take our calls and be productive. The apartment is spacious and the location safe and desirable. Main Street, a short walk from the apartment, offers a broad array of restaurants and family friendly entertainment. We enjoyed our stay. Denise and Paige are very caring hosts. When there was early morning Tsunami Warning in Huntington Beach, which turned out to be a false alarm, Denise texted to check if we were ok. Thank you, Denise and Paige we appreciated the courtesy you extended us.

The condo has the best view of the beach and is so close to everything (i.e. the beach, the pier, Maine St, the playground if you have kids). The size and location of the condo was just perfect. And the host, Felicia, was nice and accommodating. She responded to all my questions in a timely manner.

We loved our stay here! It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms are "Top of the Line" with nice appliances and granite countertops. The condo is decorated really nice. We really enjoyed the ocean front balcony as well as the ocean views from every room. It is a very large condo with great ocean bike paths. Denise was a wonderful host and accommodated all our needs. We look forward to coming back next year. Our stay here and our vacation were wonderful. Highly recommend!

This place was pretty great. You have incredible views of the ocean from the apartment, a lovely deck to enjoy the sunsets on, and a pristine beach right across the street. The location is very convenient, it’s a short walk from Main Street and there is plenty of guest parking in the building. Do note, however, that there is no air conditioning. We often had to sleep with the window open for fresh air and you are right on the Pacific Coast Highway. It is extremely loud (motorcycles revving their engines at all hours of the night type loud, etc.). Felicia, the host, was very responsive and kind to us during our stay.
