I highly recommend this condo for a long stay in BKK. Well designed unit, beautifully care for building and a shuttle at your service to get to the BTS or MRT. It’s only a short 6 minute walk to the MRT but when’s it’s hot the shuttle is a blessing. Definitely recommend. Thanks Clarence.

A true luxury condo at the best location, the service from the condo is amazing, has luxury shuttle to shopping mall and BTS even it is only 10 minutes walking distance.

While it is true that Clarence's place is a bit more expensive than other places in Bangkok, you will be extremely well served for those few dollars, and I highly recommend! The place is gorgeous, with a beautiful expansive view, fully serviced with nice furniture - you feel right at home. Kitchen is good, bed is very comfy and its quiet and dark at night. Building is also gorgeous, with a beautiful pool that is generally quiet and lets you swim on top of the city, right beside a good gym. The staff of the building are absolutely lovely and really make the place feel welcoming and like home. There is a very convenient shuttle to Silom Centre which is a main skytrain station and a mall with lots of food and a big food market. Coffee shops and restaurants everywhere! Clarence is responsive and very helpful, with lots of information and tips around the neighbourhood. Highly recommend for a great stay in the heart of the city, right near beautiful Lumphini park and the CBD.

this place is super luxury condo, exactly same as in the photos The view is fantastic from living room. i have been stayed all 5 star luxury hotels in bkk, but this place is best of best view !!! the location is good, easy access some good local food and market around. they have suttle service to BTS station . it is very easy and useful !!! Clarence is very kind and super helpful !!! i will definitely come back again !!! :)

Clarence is a great host and very kind, even when some issues popped up we were able to work together to fix them. The apartment is lovely and very comfy. The pool is amazing. The gym is very basic but still very nice and good enough for a workout. There is also a common room where you can go to work or read! Overall a great stay except for the issues that popped up but again Clarence was cooperative and we were able to work together to fix them 🙂
