I have chosen to spend my birthday at Stamatia’s place and it was the best decision I’ve made! The beach in front is really beautiful and peaceful; there’s a mini market, beach bar, restaurants at a walk distance. If you want to visit other incredible beaches in Sithonia, Stamatia’s place is very well located! Private parking and easily assessable; she made sure to give some tips of best places to visit, linen/towels were changed every 3 days! Super responsive and attentive all the time. Loved everything and definitely recommend! A place to come back, for sure!
Everything was really faboulous - especially the beach right in front of the door was super beautiful and at this time of the year nearly empty.

This is a very well appointed apartment in a quiet location with local amenities close by. A very pretty little beach just across the road. We loved our stay and the hosts were very accommodating.
