I'm an Airbnb Superhost, and stay at Airbnbs frequently. This location was just a 6-min drive from where I had to be for three days. It was extremely convenient, and no traffic. But I commend the hosts for little details that I think are important. For example, they had solar lights on the outdoor steps, and left the kitchen light on at night so when guests arrive, it's easy to get around. Additionally, the bedroom had a bedstand light that you just tapped to turn on and off. I can't tell you how many places I've stayed that don't even HAVE lights by the bed. And the upstairs hallway had motion detector lights to make it easy to find the bathroom or bedroom at night. Finally, the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well.

The air conditioner in the room runs too loud. I could not sleep well with it. If I turned it off, it would be too hot. Otherwise, the house and neighbour hood is peaceful and private
