Alberto was really friendly and helpful regarding all our questions and requests. The apartment was perfect for our needs - big kitchen table for eating together, kitchen to cook, good bathroom size, the rooms were spacious with big wardrobes and we loved having tables and chairs in the rooms as well. The garden was a lovely place to hangout. The neighborhood is not the coolest area, but it was perfect for our needs - we were within walking distance to the Fiera. There was a shop (Aldi) closeby, there was a lovely pasticceria and a pizza restaurant just a few corners away. We'd definitely be happy to stay at this place again.

Alberto's place was very well placed for the purpose of our trip, which was to attend an event at Fiere Bologna, and also to explore the old city. Both were within easy walking distance of the apartment. The apartment was quiet, resourced exactly as it was described and Alberto was a friendly and helpful host. We would book Alberto's apartment again if we were in Bologna another time.

We had a really good stay at Alberto's place; location made it easy to get a bus into the city centre, and we had all we needed to cook at home with the kids. Alberto's communication was always speedy and it was nice to meet a host in person, something that is getting rarer with Airbnb!
