The Norburn is a fantastic holiday house that caters for large families and has all you need to enjoy a relaxed comfortable holiday at a fraction of the price you would expect. Located between Nelson Bay and Little Beach. Only a quick 300m walk to Little Beach which is perfect for children to swim and has the boat ramp, 500m walk to Shoal Bay Beach and only a 10m walk to Diggers Club. Four good size bedrooms with heaps of parking for a boat and a great backyard and enclosed sunroom for the afternoon barbecues. The Norburn flows over two levels with the upstairs level having an air-conditioned living area and main bedroom, well-appointed kitchen, main bathroom with a child size bath, shower and toilet. Downstairs has a large air-conditioned parent retreat with its own living area providing a TV and DVD player. There is also a kitchenette which is perfect for when you entertain in the large enclosed sunroom with BBQ facilities, bathroom with a separate toilet. There is parking for three cars with two in a carport at the rear of the backyard and one in a garage, a boat could be reversed into the back yard depending on the height of the boat. Internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer is also available. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
