En romslig, godt utstyrt og svært delikat innredet leilighet sentralt plassert øverst i byen, stille strøk. To store soverom, klassisk italiensk stil, høyt under taket. Moderne kjøkken og bad og en privat takterrasse med utsikt mot havet. Andrea er svært kommunikativ og svarer raskt på spørsmål om kulturelle arrangementer, restauranter mm. Det er mulig å kjøre nesten helt frem til huset for av og pålessing mellom 8-10 og 15-17. Gratis parkering på nedlagt fotballbane litt lengre nede. Flott offentlig strand ca 8 km fra byen.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön, zentral und praktisch mitten im alten Ortskern. Sie ist sehr vollständig und durchdacht eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alle Organisation und Kommunikation ist sehr unkompliziert, klar und zielgerichtet. Von Andrea haben wir sehr hilfreiche Hinweise zu Infrastruktur o.ä. im Ort sowie gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in die Umgebung erhalten. Er war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

I am so glad I chose Andrea’s place. It was larger than expected and full of old world charm yet also with a modern interior. It was obviously ‘off season’ in January but there was always a great restaurant to be found within a few minutes walk at most and the views, especially the sunsets from the roof terrace were spectacular. But what I appreciated the most was the peace and quiet of the apartment and also Castagneto Carducci. It was all so lovely and private, yet only a 10 minute drive from Donoratico and another 10 minutes to the beach. Both Doris who met me when I arrived to show me to the property, and Andrea were brilliant in their communication throughout. I was only there for 5 nights and while I wasn’t there on holiday it was such a restful place that it quickly became the holiday I didn’t know I needed. It was perfect and I wish I could have stayed for longer. I hope to be able to visit again and if I do this will be my first choice. It was perfect.

We stayed in Andrea’s place for one week. The appartment is perfectly located and very well equiped. Everything was perfect, from our Host‘s communication, flexibility, to that great appartment - it truly is a treasure!
