Very nice place with easy walk to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. We loved the dogs and other animals around.

Very dog-friendly place! It is a perfect stay for New Year celebration if you have a dog, who is afraid of fireworks. You can still hear them, but really far away and the area is not noisy. The owner has also put a small Christmas tree for us and special towel for dog :) Although, stairs to the bedroom are quite steep, so your pet has to sleep downstairs. There is a hot water in the house and shower works nicely even during winter, but keep in mind that bathroom and WC entrance is from the terrace (outside).

There are a few good and bad things about this property. Good: - the host was friendly and willing to assist with any problems we had - the terrasse is very nice - the host invited me to help her with horses to bring them to drink water. It was a great experience. - the local dogs are friendly and nice to pet. Bad: - THE PLACE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WHO APPRECIATE PRIVACY. The property is claimed to be the "Entire guesthouse" and there is no mention of other people/guests around. In fact, only the smaller part of the house in the picture refers to this rental unit, somebody else lives in another part across the terrasse, there are three more hutsfor rent around in close proximity, some more guests stay in tents around the house. Owners and many of guests are hanging out on a summer kitchen located just a few meters from the house. - The WIFI IS TOO SLOW to watch a movie or any video. - The description of the space inside is misleading as well. THERE IS NO DOUBLE BEDROOM on the ground floor. There is a single small room that has a kitchenette and a sofa that can be transformed into a bed for two. - The toilet/shower room does not have proper ventilation, and poorly dries after showering even with the door open. The toilet is leaking to the floor making the whole place stink all the time.

Beautiful scenery surrounding the house. The place has everything you need. Epp was super helpful and welcoming. We would recommend this place! We enjoyed swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the nature while we were there.

We spent 1.5 week in Epp's guesthouse with my mother and sister. It was the perfect place to slow down and rest. The house is located right next to the sea in a pine forest. My mom, a biologist, was fascinated by the high local biodiversity in the area around. With my sister, we started windsurfing, which was a fun challenge. We went for runs and cycled around to discover the wider area. We did not have a car and non of us drives, so we went shopping to the nearby centre of Varbla village with Epp's bikes (and got fresh vegetables right from Epp's garden). One of Epp's friend took us to Matsalu National Park and Lihula for a day trip, which was great (visiting the Tapamaja Art Gallery in Lihula is a must:). So, we recommend Epp's place very much and we hope to return in a year or two.
