The guards at the lobby are hospitable and they always greeted you with hello's. Its a convenient place to live grab and taxi is easy plus the neighborhood is peaceful and quite,u can walk around easy plus the jazz mall is behind the building there's a door at the back of building where u can get through across the road,u can also just take a walk to makati avenue that easy its only like 10mins or so and same to go to greenbelt theres also a park nearby if u fancy to run it is only 5 mins away.We didnt have problems with our laundry coz they have their own washing machine and the wifi is fast plus u can entertain ur visitor for a day coz the place is quite and comfortable for visitors to come by. We didnt bother to use the pool as when we checked it was kind of dirty and has some cigarettes in the water.Donna's brother is nice and helpful to any of my questions and we didnt have any problems communicating with him. I will add to it that the view is nice from the balcony

Best security guards. I like the playground for my kids and great host. A very comfortbale place to stay in makati.

Very good location in Makati, the host was very kind and nice and was easy to accommodate and arrange things with. The bed is very comfortable and biggest advantage is fast internet. Highly recommend this place for people who need it for work as it is laptop friendly as well. The only thing I was advise, be prepared that utilities are paid separately. Due to hot period and A.C. on (Not all the time) I had to pay additional 56eur for electricity. There is value for money even with that however make sure you know it in advance.
