The location of this flat is the primary feature. It was great to take a break during the day & bring back purchases. Greta met us upon arrival & walked us through how everything works - even offering to write down instructions. There was an array of treats & snacks as well as espresso. She also explained the smell from the Chinese restaurant & what is being done. Unfortunately that didn’t help our stay, but I’m glad to see Andrea is letting future guests know beforehand. It is quite pungent & does affect the comfort - especially given the luxury price tag. If you have a smell or noise sensitivity (given the location, there is late night/early morning noises); this apartment isn’t for you. Really only two bedrooms are tolerable with the smell. Unfortunately the bed in one room is lopsided & I’m not sure why. Overall though, the mattresses comfortable. It’s unfortunate the current situation is affecting the overall rating of this flat, but we all rely on one another for true reviews.

This apartment is beautiful and in an amazing location. The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing. Our host was great, but unfortunately, through no fault of their own, the odors in 2 of the 3 bedrooms coming from the restaurant below made our stay very uncomfortable. We were advised upon check in about the problem and the steps they are taking to rectify the issue. However, while we only needed 2 bedrooms, the primary suite had such strong odor issues my friend asked to switch rooms with me as she couldn't sleep. I was less sensitive, but did find it very strong 2 of the 4 nights. I truly hope they can fix the issue because we loved the apartment and its location.

Merci Andrea pour votre accueil et votre flexibilité l'appartement était idéalement placé pour pouvoir tout faire à pieds et très agréable. La rue est assez bruyante la nuit mais des boule quies sont mis à votre disposition au cas où ;-) L'ascenseur est appréciable lorsque l'on beaucoup marché et tout est très proche.

Great location and good size space. Close to everything. Andrea even placed decorations in the apartment for us for Christmas! He was great! If you have noise, sound or smell issues this may not be the place as the Chinese restaurant workers operate at all hours of the day and night and are very, very loud! The constant smell of cooking from the restaurant was also a major issue for us and I didn’t see any other reviews expressing this concern. I don’t know why there’s never been another complaint about this because the noise in the rooms and smell in the apartment are really noticeable. I would feel bad, not providing an accurate review. That is why I’m listing this information in the review..
