Pros: large space to accommodate 10 people comfortably. The large kitchen and dining room were very accommodating. Location was nice, surrounded by cute neighborhoods. Cons: the house was very very old. The furniture was old, dusty, and uncomfortable. The house itself was extremely dirty. The floors and countertops were sticky. All the baseboards were covered in grime and layers of dust. The carpets had large amount of stains. The kitchen cabinets and drawers had never been cleaned before. The walls, doors and windows were dirty with dirty fingerprints. The dishwashers did not clean thoroughly. The ovens were filthy. There were dead bugs all over the house. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows smelled like old dust. Some bedroom doors were missing door knobs. Overall, this house needs a very deep clean and new furniture to function properly. I would not recommend staying here until these items have been addressed considering the high cost.

This location was perfect for our weekend in Nashville. Short drive to restaurants and walkable to Zanies comedy club. The house was clean, the bathrooms were amazing and the beds were comfy. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay nice and easy.

The Waverly house was quite lovely and unusual. It accommodated our family of 16 while attending a wedding celebration. It looks like a museum from the photos, but it was actually very children friendly and the kids had a blast playing hid and seek and having nerf gun battles on the sweltering Nashville summer days. We had a family dinner party for 35 people at one point and the house easily accommodated everyone comfortably. I needed a very large pot to cook pasta for our family and Gerry had it sent over quickly with the bonus of tons of donuts from a local famous donut place.

Great house! So much space for a large party. The decor is beautiful. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Close walk to a grocery store and easy Uber ride downtown. Loved this place!
