Super clean and roomy condo well equipped and lots of amenities. Nice pool for lounging and taking a dip. Flo is very responsive and attentive to guests needs.

Flo’s beach condo was sparkling clean and very easy to get to and from the beach and the outlets. It was very well-equipped with kitchen necessities and beach gear. The area was nice and quiet.

Flo provided a wonderful home away from home for our family of 6 while we visited Rehoboth Beach. We had all the tools and appliances in the kitchen to stay in and make meals. Having the tennis rackets, basketball and beach chairs readily accessible was key, and the on-site playground, tennis court and recreation room is a short walk. The overall location is in a peaceful setting with nature trails for walking or biking yet close enough to main thoroughfare of Route 1 and the beaches. We hope to stay at Flo’s place again while visiting Rehoboth Beach.

Our family had a wonderful time at Flo's place. The property is as described in the posting and was clean and well-maintained. For us, the place was well-located, near both the beach and the amenities of Route 1. Flo was also great throughout the trip and answered our questions quickly. She is a great host and I would recommend staying at her place next time you are in Rehoboth.

My family enjoyed our stay at Flo’s place. The location on the first floor was excellent. The sliding door at the back opens to the parking lot. We used it for easy loading and unloading as well as for sitting out and enjoying the evening breeze. The layout was great and accommodated my family of seven easily for sleeping. It would be nice to have upgraded seating in the living room and a desk in the main bedroom to allow more elbow room for a large group during the day. Overall, we thought it was a great match for us. Flo was very responsive and helpful with all of our requests. We will definitely look for this place for our next trip.
