I stayed at Glorias place for one night to fish with friends. Gloria was very accommodating to allow us to stay for just a single night and her communication prior and during the stay was good. Prior to booking she said we had to pay for the 3rd guest (only 2 guests are included in the fee although the house sleeps 6). I thought it was odd but we booked because we wanted to fish. However upon arrival we found the backyard to be completely different from described - furniture was broken or flipped over and all the cushions removed from sofas and chairs which didn't low us to enjoy fishing or the backyard at all. When we shared our concern they stated it was due to recent rains. The only reason we booked was to fish. after we checked out Gloria messaged me suggesting one of my guests removed a fishing pole and told us to return it. She didn't ask if we did she inferred we did. I informed her we brought out own poles and didn't take anything. She only responded “ok”. I was beyond offended

Our visit was so relaxing and peaceful. The outdoor spaces were amazing with 3 different sitting areas. The house is in the perfect location, outside of Atlanta yet close to everything you may need. We highly recommend spending your next vacation in Stockbridge.

This lake house was absolutely amazing. We spent a total of 3 weeks there. We had to extend our stay from one week to two and then eventually three weeks, due our closing date on our new home changing a few times. Gloria and her husband were always available for questions that we had about property and they were more than accommodating of our date changes. They were also kind enough to leave us cleaning products so that we could tidy up during the time that we were there. My husband loved this place, especially because he was able to fish off of the private dock. The home is in a really nice and quiet neighborhood, which was a plus especially considering everything that is going on in the world. I would definitely recommend this lake house to anyone wanting a nice place to stay while traveling in the Stockbridge area.

This is a great place with all the conveniences and a great back yard for relaxing by the lake.
