I absolutely reccomend staying at Piera's. She and Jay went above and beyond to make our stay great, from recommendations for places, to helping organize a birthday party at a restaurant in town, to making sure we were comfortable at all times and that everything was going well. The location of the apartment, slightly outside town, is great because of the views and of the easy access to most of the sights around Sciacca, and does not suffer the parking issues of places within the town itself. In our stay we were able to do day trips even to relatively far places such as San Vito Lo Capo and Palermo without issues. The apartment is newly renovated and basically spotless, with great air conditioning and generous spaces. I will definitely stay here again, it's a great base for southern and western Sicily, and you could not get better hospitality. The only suggestion in going is to use G Maps for finding the address, Waze did send me in the wrong place.

Location perfetta, struttura con un bellissimo design contemporaneo sulle colline di Sciacca; Piera, cordiale e ospitale, ci ha fatto stare bene… brioches fresche ogni mattina.. una coccola apprezzata!

Piera and Jay are so wonderful! Their home is a peaceful oasis with spectacular view and all the amenities. They treated us so well from morning pastries and fresh bread to an amazing cooking experience with our kids. You couldn’t find lovelier people or a more spectacular home. Villa Mozzafiato is indeed breathtaking!!!

Stare da Piera e da Jay è stato molto piacevole. La casa è davvero bella, il panorama incantevole, in un'area tranquilla e circondata da ulivi. La casa è fresca e ben attrezzata. Tutto estremamente grazioso e pulito. La parte più bella è proprio rappresentata da Piera e Jay, eccellenti padroni di casa: attenti, gentili, premurosi, disponibili, mai invadenti. Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli ed è stato davvero gradevole parlare con loro davanti a un ottimo calice di vino bianco siciliano. La sensazione è stata quella di essere a casa. Favoloso trovate ogni mattina brioches e pane freschi. Davvero ne è valsa la pena! Un posto che ricorderò sempre. Grazie a Piera e Jay!

Piera and Jay are incredible hosts. Friendly, responsive, and way more helpful than any other Airbnb host I’ve stayed with. They’re genuinely nice, funny people who were a pleasure to interact with. Their recommendations are exceptional, both locally and across the island. The home is beautifully located, surrounded by picturesque rolling hills and a great ocean view. Many times during our stay, I’d step out onto the patio just to look out over the view. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a scenic base camp from which to begin a series of day trips across western Sicily.
