The Airbnb is somehow well located, in a quiet area of Ölüdeniz (mid-way between Fethiye and Ölüdeniz to be accurate). The car is needed to reach it and to move around in town. The place was clean and the host was there for both check-in and check-out. From the picture we were expecting an independent villa, but the place is more a flat within a villa at the ground floor. There’s a table outdoor to enjoy fresh air nearby the pool. The host was kind giving several links via WhatsApp to places nearby. Unfortunately the only advice we followed was the first evening a restaurant nearby called “Mur-Et Karacabey Kasap Restaurant”. We didn’t enjoy there the ambience and music but the food turned out to be good and the price reasonable. The living room has a TV, kitchenette, sofas and a dining table. Apart from that the flat has two tiny rooms with two small bathrooms. We had several suitcases and we found this to be a bit problematic despite having the dressings. I consider it worth to book for at least one week to fully unpack everything and try to use the space without suitcases around (not typical for a 2-3 nights staying for us at least). There is an enjoyable pool that we used one late afternoon and parking is both inside the property or outside. Last point is that for a 4-nights staying we only found one bottle of water (better than nothing) and 2 toilet paper rolls. No shampoo and no shower gel. When we asked the owner to provide some more one day before leaving, he replied saying to buy it ourselves. Honestly, for 240€ per night, he could have provided a couple more or in case once the guests asked, he could have bought. This is particularly true as with one day to go, it didn’t make sense for us to buy a whole package of toilet papers. Instead, I’m sure he would have provided a couple for the next guests, and since these are sold in large packages it would not have made any difference. That’s somehow a detail, but details make for us the difference between average or above average places and Superhosts/top places (for which 250€/night makes sense, and that’s a lot of money overall).

Wonderful 4 stay in a beautiful apartment on well manicured grounds with many fruit trees. Easy check in and out. Excellent host recommendations on things to do. Comfy beds, quite safe location, excellent A/C, gated parking and easy walking to restaurants and groceries. Pool was wonderful as a pool cleaner came each day in the morning to make sure the water was perfect. Highly recommended

If you travel to Fethiye, you should definitely stay here. Great Villa. They thought every single detail for house. Villa was so clean, It was smelling good, Beds were so comfortable, you will have a closet room, Big Bathrooms, Big patio and pool was cleaning every day. They also have smart TV with Netflix access which is really hard to find most of airbnbs in Turkey. Arif Bey will give you information about everything. If you have any difficulty, he will Definitely help you!
