Carlos place was super nice and comfortable, very well distributed. The kitchen has everything you need and more, it even had coffee and spices to cook. The bathrooms were really clean and had hotel like soaps, towels and everything. It had a studio to work, even with a working printer that came in handy because I had to do a couple of things for work that needed to be signed and scanned. The living area was very nice and had some books with local recommendations What was a super plus was that after check in I received a message from Carlos with recommendations of things to do in the area, did them and they were amazing, huge bonus points to the host for this! Thanks Carlos, really nice place and recommended for other guests.

Carlos was a great host with excellent and prompt responses. The house was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated all the extras in the bathroom and kitchen, especially. The location is perfect for visiting Dunedin, Clearwater, and Honeymoon Island. We would highly recommend staying at Carlos’s place!

Carlos emulates what a Super host really means. Home is as advertised. incredible value for this location. blow up mattress for 3rd bedroom available. Kitchen has it all! 2 bathrooms! 2 car driveway plus street parking on a large corner lot. fenced in yard, big clean garage, beach chairs etc. close to Phillies, Dunedin, Clearwater Beach, 25 minutes to Tampa Airport! All updated appliances, new everything inside! 5 stars

Carlos war ein hervorragendesr Gastgeber. Er hat immer sofort geantwortet und uns jederzeit geholfen. Wir durften sogar die Check Out Zeit ausweiten. ich möchte hier noch betonen, dass es wirklich ruhig war. Die Nachbarn waren ruhig und es gab kaum Verkehrslärm. Vielen Dank
