Firstly I have to say that Michelle was as helpful and responsive as could be, but this is a time-share managed on sight. The room we were given was in need of work. In the bathroom- broken faucet, shower did not work correctly, and little to no hot water. When we requested a room change we were denied. Instead they offered us free nights at any of their time shares- if we submitted to a 90 min presentation! (This is a time share looking for new business). Michelle did go to bat for us but management’s response was too little too late- a room change at 10 pm our 2nd night. We were going to be gone most of the next day and checking out early the following day. We did feel it worthwhile to pack and unpack again. At least the bed was comfortable, it was clean, and we were in wine country.

we truly enjoyed our stay here at Michelle’s! The resort exceeded my expectations. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. I will stay here next time I come. The shuttle downtown was so helpful and made getting around convenient. Check in and check out was so easy.

The place was spacious and clean. Lighting is a bit dim. There is only one light working on the chandelier over the kitchen table which I think was in a review by a previous person, so it needs to be corrected - easy fix! Also, Lights in other parts of the main living area are very dim. Overall, the resort was great and conveniently located from downtown Napa, vineyards, restaurants, etc. I would stay here again, as the value to price ratio is good.
