Beautiful home and surroundings! A peaceful space for a nice family trip to relax and be surrounded by nature. Always a wonderful stay! The house is amazing. Nancy, is an excellent host. Can’t wait to come back!

One of the top Airbnb stays we have ever had! Nancy's place was absolutely gorgeous- amazing gardens, hot tub, gentle river with kayaks, warm cozy and bright house, architecture showing off nature and natural light, stone fireplace, amazing selection of books, piano/games/crafts, clearly labeled and stocked kitchen was SO helpful... we LOVED this home. Our child loved doing crafts at the dining table and playing with the balloons (they dance up the windows over the heater grates, funny!) Every chair you sit in looks into some new beautiful view to the outside. The home would be absolutely perfect not only for 2 but for a family reunion- extended family would love to be together in this environment. Would love to stay again not only in Spring, but other seasons! *On a personal note, we were passing through on a road trip to bury our dear friend's ashes in nearby Montgomery Woods; it was such a peaceful and perfect place to reflect on and prepare for our task. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the River House! Nancy was an outstandingly kind and communicative host, and the home and surroundings brought us a lot of joy and peace. We highly recommend this place!

Detailed and impeccable. From the lush gardens, stream, hot tubs, games, books, and tile in the bathroom I simply can't imagine a more gorgeous property or experience. I only stayed one night because we're traveling through, but next time I'd book at least a week there because it's paradise! Nancy thank you so much for a lifetime of memories for my children! :)

Nancy and Sam were lovely hosts. Super responsive on AirBnb and very flexible and helpful. The accommodations were rather spacious and the property is right on the river. Took a refreshing cold plunge and then ran into the hot tub, which was so nice and hot! Beautiful space and wonderful kitchen, living, and dining area. So grateful for my wonderful birthday weekend here spent with a dozen friends.
