You should book this house! My Husband & I stayed here for a week to celebrate our anniversary. The house is quiet & private, with a large deck to take in the beautiful views. You have access to the dock where they have a table & chairs set up & a water trampoline ( even though we are in our 40's we thoroughly it). You do have to drive to the dock which is located on the main road but we did not find this to be an issue at all. If you are there in spring or summer you will be visited by many humming birds and one or two squirrels. We had a squirrel eat breakfast with us about 5ft away every morning. Everything was clean, worked, and as pictured. They leave very clear and helpful instructions as well as food recommendations. We were able to biked into town & back (6 miles total) so it's close to restaurants, bars, shops, and parks. I would say maybe a 5min drive. We had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners as we were leaving and he was a delight. I highly recommend this home.

Lovely home with an expansive lake view, and spectacular sunsets from the large deck and living room. Everything , but the fresh groceries, you need to cook a meal is provided. The beds are as comfortable as the entire house is cozy. If the opportunity presents itself, we would come back.

The view from the living room wind is 1000% amazing!!! This was our 1st trip to Coeur d'Alene and the location of this home knocked it out of the park for us. Would never choose a hotel over the comfort this home provided us. Thanks Zach and look forward to our next visit!!

The location was beautiful and serene. There were deer, turkeys and birds on the property that were beautiful and fun to watch. The lake view was amazing and the sunsets were incredible. The house was clean and comfortable. The dock was an added bonus. We rented a pontoon boat and had it docked at their private dock which was extremely convenient. We will definitely try and stay here again if we’re ever in CDA. You’ll love this place!

The house has an awesome deck with amazing views! It is in a great location and you can easily get to everything CDA has to offer. It was very clean with everything you could want or need during your stay. The dock is down below the house right off a road but you can’t really walk to it you would need to drive down to it unless you wanted to get in a nice, long walk. The dock is great and provides a relaxing place to swim or paddle board. We rented a boat for a day and they are able to deliver it right to the dock, which was very nice. Overall a great stay!
