Clean apartment, clear check in instructions. The host very helpful and always quick at replying. The neighbour peaceful and the apartment is 5 minutes from the tram stop. Some downside are the cleaning woman that was a bit rude with us and the apartment sound proofing. Don't have enough information to say if it's worth the money.

My husband stayed here for one month while he was working in Prague. I joined him for 5 nights. The flat is very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy enough. The kitchen area is tiny, but it was fine for some basic cooking using the hotplate. But, if you wanted to microwave anything, that was downstairs. A better size table would have been more useful for eating and working. The bathroom was very clean and had shampoo/handsoap/towels. The only issue was no towel rails, just a couple of hooks. Which isn't ideal for more than one person. I hung my towels on the back of chairs. There is no service for the duration of your stay, even long term, but there is a washer & dryer free to use on the ground floor. We requested more toilet roll and bin bags and received these promptly. Natalie was an attentive host and would reply to messages. The location is quiet and walking distance or tram to old town. Lots of good bars, restaurants & food shops in Zizkov. My husband enjoyed his stay🥰

The communication with Natalie was easy and uncomplicated. To every question I have received an answer. The apartment was clean. The only thing that bothered us was the bed on the right side. It makes so many noises whenever you move. That's why we had difficulties to sleep. Furthermore, the location of the apartment is very central. You need approximately 20 min by foot if you want to go to the main central station.

The place was just as nice as it looks in the pictures, it's relatively close to the metro and tram. The room was ready for us just as agreed and it suited our needs perfectly. It helped us with our quick, cheap trip to Prague while providing a comfy base of operation.
