Our second two week stay, tastefully renovated little house just 5' walk from Holywood high street, 10' walk from station for a quick ride into Belfast. Two queen bed bedrooms upstairs, living/dining, kitchen en outside space on groundfloor. Good beds and quality pillows and sheets, very quiet at night. Well equipped kitchen. Nice fast WIfi. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Holywood with easy access to Belfast. Highly recommended.

Lovely clean, comfortable house on a nice quiet road. The town of Holywood is a 5 minute walk away. Ivan is a friendly and responsive host. The eggs, fresh bread and milk were welcomed! We look forward to returning very soon.

97 was a gem of a house. Very comfortable and well equipped. Location was very close to the busy thriving main street in Holywood and very close to the seafront. We found the road to be quiet (no road noise) with a pleasant atmosphere. Check in was easy. Ivan lived up to his billing as a 'super host'. He was super quick to respond to any questions. When we arrived, there were lovely thoughtful touches (these seem to be a current theme in his reviews). It was a Christmas trip to visit family so it was great to have the use of the well stocked kitchen. Ivan had set up a Christmas Tree with lights. He very kindly left us a bottle of wine and some fresh food to 'get us started'. The kitchen had all the necessary 'bits' for you to home cater, including condiments, tea, coffee, non-perishable food items. etc. It truly was a comfortable stay with all mod cons. We will certainly book again when we are back in Holywood and would also recommend to friends and family. Superb.

Lovely stay, very flexible with check in and out. We’re a family with two small children, host was very accommodating to this fact and provided what we needed. All essentials there when we arrived. Great location. Very welcoming and warm upon arrival.
