Perfect place for a family vacation, definitely top class service and stay.the view , the beautiful deck, and amazing hot top is honestly the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend, you’ll wanna bring the family back again & again

Home is beautiful inside and out, very spacious, loved the kitchen it had everything you could possibly need for any meal, I love that my dog was able to come with us. There was a lot of games, lots to do. I only rated it 4 stars because of arcade not working and not being able to directly walk down to the beach.

The view is amazing! The hot tub overlooking the ocean is great except for the piled chairs and outdoor fire pit table near the fence with a full trash can. It really took away from the view and experience. The house was clean and there was a nice note from the housekeeper when we arrived. In order to access the garage, you need to use the key that's hanging by the front door behind a coat rack (not a place your eyes go). This was nowhere in the instructions, so I had to call guest services. The first person I spoke to was terrible and no help. The second person I spoke to (a manager) was much better and helped solve the problem, but it took an hour to get an answer about how to get into the garage. The two arcade machines in the garage never worked for us, which was a disappointment because we had four kids excited to use them. The primary bedroom was spacious and the other rooms were well-suited too. The toilet in the smaller bedroom with the bathroom needs repair; too many flushes.

Beautiful house and view. The living area was perfect for entertaining. The house is full of games for the family to enjoy. The hot tub wasn’t working, but someone reached out a few days prior to alert us they were working on it. One of the toilets wasn’t working, and a shower head was missing. But they had 2 other bathrooms that were fully functional. The person that left the voicemail about the hot tub, gave me the managements phone number which is no longer in service. In the house a different number is listed, I got no response from that number. On the app, another number is listed. It would be good to updated everything with the correct number for management. Thankfully I was able to contact someone through the app/ 1-800 number to let them know what wasn’t working or missing. Other than the communication being sub par and a few things not working, the rest the stay was absolutely beautiful and would recommend.

Unfortunately, we were not notified until the day of our stay that the hot tub was unavailable. Because this was a winter stay, the hot tub was very important to the enjoyment of our weekend. When I asked for a partial refund, Vacasa said they would check and get back to me, but they never did.
