Julia was very sweet, friendly and responsive. The instructions and communication were great. Feedback is mostly good: • The place was old, but well renovated with a great balcony and view. • The location was great - close to the useful Free Mall Ride bus. • The building had a gym and pool, which was a great perk. • The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. The unit was spacious. • It wasn't noisy despite being downtown. Some drawbacks: • The bathroom in the 1st bedroom only had a frosted glass separating the bathroom from the 2nd bedroom. As a result, if it was used at night, the light would stream into the 2nd room • One of the bedroom’s and bathroom’s door didn’t lock. • We needed to buy our own toilet paper, soap and shampoo was a small issue, but would have been nice to know beforehand.

Julia's place is in a great location downtown. We had a quiet corner unit on the back side of the building. It is an older building but is very comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed. The security at the front was there 24/7. They were extremely friendly.

Easy and simple check in instructions. Cozy and clean apartment matching the description to a tee. All necessary kitchen applicances were avialable for use. In a great location at the heart of Denver. Would stay here again for sure.
