Buona la posizione dell'alloggio ......pulizia camera sufficiente / scarsa ......frigo non funzionante.....bajour non funzionanti......idromassaggio non funzionante.........mobile , specchio , pavimento bagno rotti e usurati.......50 scalini NON SEGNALATI per arrivare in camera ......maniglie scuri rotte e scuri marci......terzo letto spacca schiena...... per il resto siamo appena alla sufficienza ......suggerisco di togliere "LUXURY" dall'inserzione , grazie !!!

Unfortunately, the room we reserved from Robi had a problem with the plumbing due to the previous guests, so we found out the morning of that we could not stay there. Robi went above and beyond to book us a more expensive hotel room for our 2-night stay and stayed in communication with us every step of the way. He even picked us up at the station and guided us to the hotel himself, making sure we were situated and paying for us to have breakfast included in our stay! Thank you Robi for doing the best you could to make our stay comfortable in spite of the circumstances (which were outside of your control). You were a great host!

We had a great stay here! Robi was a wonderful host. He was very responsive to my messages and very friendly. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage for part of the day when we checked out. The room was very clean, quiet at night, and comfortable. Great location for walking to St Mark’s square and Rialto Bridge. Thank you for hosting us Robi!!

Robi à été au petit soin avec nous. C'est quelqu'un de très humain et d'honnête. Il nous a conseillé la façon de comment se rendre à le plus facilement et nous a accueilli en personne ! Je recommande fortement ! 👌
