We came to Sonia’s lovely place with two families including 2 children of 8 months/ 3 months of age in May 2022. May is a fantastic time to go because it is already warm although not burning and the private beaches that you have to pay for during the season are still open. The place was even better than in the pictures and the whole experience was absolutely enjoyable. Sonia replies very quickly and friendly to messages and speaks really English really well. Although they live about an hour away they personally came to greet us and show us the premises and the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and modern. Two bedrooms, two separate bathrooms and two couches, a highly equipped kitchen, huge fridge and a large smart TV are just some of the great features. There is a little „winter garden“ with access from one of the bedrooms and the kitchen, an outdoor shower and even bikes with helmets at your disposal. The best feature is undoubtedly the huge garden (more a small park to be honest) with pine trees, walkways, flowers and a big outside stone oven/ Grill that we used to make oven-baked pizza. That’s not all. The park is surrounded by a large hedge/ wall with several gates and shared with two or three other houses (which was perfectly fine because the area is so large that you have enough privacy at all times and the neighbors were really nice). As you exit the gate at the very end of the park, you are literally 5m away from the beach. During our time there the Wi-Fi broke (because the network company started some reconstruction without giving notice). Sonia had a new contract and a new router set up in the flat by noon the next day. Just to give you an impression of her reliability and solution oriented customer service. Fiumaretta is also great for trips to Genua, Pisa, Florence or obviously Cinqueterre. As much as I would like to give a more differentiated review, I simply cannot come up with something I didn’t like about the place or the host. I would definitely come here again and will recommend it to anyone who asks 🙂

Dieses Appartement ist wirklich wunderbar! Alles ist wie auf den Bilder, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten super bequem und alles sehr sauber und hochwertig. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen umzäunten Wohngebiet mit kleinem Pinienwald, Grillplatz und einem Zugang direkt zum Meer (200m zu Fuß). Es ist perfekt für Familien geeignet. Sonia war sehr nett, reagierte sofort auf Fragen und alles lief problemlos. Wir haben schon einige Ferienwohnungen in Italien ausprobiert, aber das ist wirklich eine sehr sehr tolle Wohnung und zu 100% zu empfehlen.
