真的是一个温馨的地方，我感觉和待在家里差不多。每天我会和房东大叔一起早锻炼，我们天天沿着不同的路线漫步，让我从另一个不同的角度认识尼泊尔，认识加德满都。大叔十分热情友善，语言沟通基本没有什么障碍，在大叔的指导下我学会了用手机软件打车或者摩托车，甚至还学会了搭不同的公交车去各个地方，真的十分感谢房东大叔！！！这里交通方便，附近一百多米有个比较精致的小餐馆，价格和口味都还不错。以后有机会再来加德满都还会继续来大叔这里小住的。

Dikshya’s place is in a great location. It is very clean and I had great appreciation for the smaller details ( toothbrush, water bottles, etc.). The hosts are very approachable and always eager to be of help. I enjoyed my stay here. It’s hard to beat the value (almost too good to be true but it really is). I will be staying here again during my future visits.

Located near the airport, which is very convenient. From here it is really easy to go to other places in Kathmandu. It's a good neighborhood with affordable restaurants nearby, but at the night the many streetdogs can be a bit noisy. The hosts are Dikshyas mom and dad, who are very kind and generous people. It was a good experience to sometimes have some tea or diner together with them. I was also offered a motorride a few times when I just told I was planning on going somewhere in the city. The room itself is of good quality. The price is affordable, it is clean and in good condition; just like in the pictures. As a bonus you get a bottle of water, a mouth cap against the city pollution, slippers and towels you can use. There is a bathroom on each floor, with a nice hot shower and a Western toilet. All in all a very good place to go and a place I would love to come back.

Awesome ambience, great hospitality, convenient location and easy transport available. Very friendly and supportive host. Also very neat and clean. Love this place.
