This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. Chris was always on point as far as communicating back with us. The apartment we rented was spotless made us feel right at home. The view from the apartment is postcard quality as it leads right to the beach. If you're staying in the Destin area I highly recommend this place!

The condo was nice. It had a great location in Destin and a wonderful view. It was clean, but not how you would clean your house clean or as newly remodeled as I expected from the listing title. The biggest area you noticed this was in the bathrooms and mattress quality, especially in the double bed room. Those beds were not comfortable and need new mattresses. The beach was beautiful and very clean, but the resort apparently rents it's beach to a 3rd party chair company. The chair company takes the entire front portion of the beach facing the water, and then puts up very intimidating signs about "Private Beach Rentals Only Beyond this Point". This greatly limits where the rest of the resort guests can sit. This was a surprise to us when we got there, and unfortunately Chris's condo owner does not participate in the chair rental service. You can rent two chairs for $45 a day to get close to the water, but it is an added expense you need to plan for. Nice beach but will not return.

We had an amazing time here! The place looked exactly like the photos - we were very pleased. Right on the beach too, which was so good for us. 10/10 recommend!

We had the best time ever. Great location. Smaller complex = less ppl. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this condo. Beautifully remodeled.
