It is a lovely remote setting. We were able to relax and eat breakfast as well as look at the stars from our tent. The 3 little dogs and goats were sweet as well. Lots of beautiful flowers on the property.

I had an amazing time enjoying the beauty all around me. The gardens all around were full of the most prettiest wild life; frogs, lizards, butterflies, bumblebees. Not to mention the lake. Super peaceful. I will mist definitely be going back

So first and most importantly... there was like no mosquitoes? I'm one of those people who can get bit on the walk from the parking lot in bug spray. I usually return from a camping trip looking like I have chicken poxs. But this year I had measly 2 bites. Most of the campers in my party had none. it's down right miraculous. The place was gorgeous and had lots of shade. lots of space to spread out. I had a group of 12, piled into 4 tents and we all had nice spots and weren't right on top of each other. We were given an awesome tour and got to see goats and rabbits! The hosts were accommodating and checked in via text, which Im sure would be appreciated by people who prefer privacy. It's a great deal. You should go. My only note is that the pond was a little icky when I went in Early August (just from the heat and lack of movement in that time of the season) and we couldn't bring ourselves to swim. So if you're a bit of a baby about that kind of a thing like us, I wouldn't rely on swimming to beat the heat. But I'm sure if you went at a time where there had been more wind and rain, it would be great to swim in, as well. All in all, it is a lovely place to camp, and I can't recommend it more.

Anita's husband, Shannon, was an excellent host. We stayed for a weekend and had a relaxing break in the beautiful gardens. The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous and the goats and rabbits are fun to watch. Shannon kept their dogs inside because we have a newly adopted dog who is not use to strangers. We appreciate how they accommodated us and waited for us to arrive at midnight. We did have an issue with lots of flies at our car the last day. They were at the building, though, not at our campsite. There were thunderstorms off and on all weekend so that may have been a factor. It was so nice to have a bathroom and shower with hot water. There were other guests which made it fun meeting people. I would have felt better if the bathroom had been cleaned daily, though. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The beauty is refreshing to the soul. It was a blessing to have the opportunity to camp there.
