My wife and I travelled around the Dolomite area by train and chose Bressanone/Brixen as it is a medium-sized town and a good base with its bus network to visit less-accessible parts of the region such as Val Gardena. There were bus stops about 100 metres from Nadia s apartment which took us to the town centre (just over 5 minutes) or, in the other direction, to the Plose mountain gondolas (15 minutes). Nadia s apartment was clean and spacious . Nadia herself lived in an adjoining apartment and introduced herself as soon as we arrived and gave us helpful information regarding our stay. She was very friendly and obviously enjoyed being an Airbnb host. One of the highlights was when she came to our door one evening and presented us with a delicious Apfelstrudel which she had made. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Our journey in Nadia's accomodation was enjoyable. The place and all the rooms were true to the description and pictures. It's very practical as Nadia lives directly next to the accomodation, so she's available if you need anything. She is here when you arrive and explains almost everything you need to know and general recommendations. She is also here for checking out, so be aware to pay her directly the tourist tax in cash when leaving. All in all was the communication with Nadia easy, quick and friendly.

Wir waren drei Tage in Nadias Wohnung und hellauf begeistert. Das war vermutlich die beste AirBnB Erfahrung, die wir je hatten. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und Nadia hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und auch bei unserer Abreise frühmorgens wieder hingebracht, was mit zwei kleinen Kindern und viel Gepäck eine enorme Hilfe war. Eine selbstgemachte Erdbeermarmelade zur Begrüßung und ein frisch gebackener Apfelstrudel zum Abschied von Nadia waren ebenfalls wunderbare Überraschungen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hat eine schöne Terrasse und bietet für vier Personen, alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Sie liegt circa 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt, was ein schöner Spaziergang entlang des Flusses ist. Oder man nimmt den Bus, der nur wenige Meter vom Haus fährt und auch direkt zur Gondelbahn auf die Plose fährt. Ein zusätzliches Plus war die BrixenCard, mit der man Verkehrsmittel, die Gondelbahn und vieles mehr nutzen kann. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung!
