We are the Winchel's, Ross and Jill. Welcome to our little slice of heaven on the East End of St Thomas. Jill and I purchased Simply Heaven to enjoy the beautiful water views, tropical breezes, 3 pools, 2 on-site restaurants, nearby beaches, and all the water activities that are nearby. Every time we visit, we just cannot believe how beautiful our place is. We trust you will enjoy it, too. It is so convenient to all that St Thomas Offers! Walk to Coki Beach for snorkelling or scuba diving off the beach. Take a 2 minute drive to Lindquist or Sapphire Beach. A short 5 minute drive to some of the best restaurants on the island in Red Hook. Catch the ferry for a day on St John, also in Red Hook. Or just chill on the wraparound balcony and enjoy the spectacular view and the tropical breeze. Make yourself at home. We have made every effort to provide our guests with all the comforts of home. We are both real estate agents in SW Florida and live in Cape Coral. Our children are grown - we have three boys and a daughter. We love the beach, scuba diving, snorkeling, and traveling. We purchased the unit in June 2019 and began the updating process to make it more comfortable for ourselves and our guests. If you have any requests or suggestions, please let us know. We tried to include as many amenities as possible to make your stay more enjoyable. We are originally from the Nashville area, where we raised our family.
