Everything was great, you get what you pay for and it’s a good deal. Really close to everything touristy. Worth every penny.

Overall, it was a great stay! Well worth the price and a convenient 7-10 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga. It was a little dusty and could’ve been more thoroughly cleaned, but it was tidy and well decorated. We did have a small issue with a GFI tripping due to the amount of appliances that are plugged in to a surge protector, but I was able to reset the GFI and get it back to working without assistance. The AC unit and the heater worked great. Only two towels were provided for my 2 week stay, but I brought my own anyway because of the longer stay. Would stay here again!

The neighborhood is extremely loud with cars, dogs, and sirens. The heating and cooling is dated and dusty. The bathroom is a tight squeeze. Kitchen has all the supplies to cook on a gas stove. Bathroom had towels available.

Overall the place was really comfy and cosy! I didn’t spend much time there as I was here visiting friends nearby, so only really went back to sleep and shower. TV was good and heat/air was comfortable. A little dusty in the kitchen and bathroom but overall clean and tidy! Would definitely visit again!

During my three week stay, my overall experience was average. The hosts were friendly, and the location was safe and convenient for both hiking and exploring. However, the cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable dust and a dirty kitchen upon arrival (including most utensils and cookware). The was a lack of amenities for a long-term stay, such as cleaning supplies, trash bags, kitchen cloths, and extra towels. The cookware was also worn down and knives very dull, which made cooking a challenge. Overall, the space has potential but needs significant improvements in cleanliness and essential amenities/supplies.
