Maxi Apartment, spacious and with fireplace, for your vacations in Aprica, between Val Camonica and Valtellina! In winter you will have snow, in summer you will have an enjoyable coolness! Great for vacations with family or friends! The apartment is right in front of the new Magnolta gondola lift and 10 min (walking) from the Aprica Infopoint, in the center of the town! Skiing, Snowshoeing, Wine Tourism Experiences, Theme Trails, Parks and Nature Reserves are waiting for you! Enjoy! In the apartment, you will be welcomed by a large living room, with a fireplace, kitchen space, wooden tables, TV and sofa beds (up to 4 people can fit); you will then have at your disposal two spacious rooms; in the first, you will find a double bed (2 places) and a bunk bed (2 places); in the second, a double bed (2 places); the bathroom is complete with shower and washing machine!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte, ma devo dire che è stata un’ottima esperienza. Stefano è stato molto disponibile a fornirci ogni indicazione utile in tempi brevissimi e la casa al nostro arrivo era già calda e assolutamente pulita, provvista di ogni comfort necessario anche per una breve permanenza. Ci rivedremo presto.

Casa grossa e comoda. Coperte e casa in generale ben pulita. Stefano molto amichevole e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi cosa. Casa e host consigliatissimi!

Abbiamo affittato l'intero alloggio su due piani (come da descrizione inserzione Airbnb: intero alloggio su due piani con terrazza e giardino), ma al check in la parte superiore con spazi esterni era già abitata da altre persone che lo avevano preso in affitto direttamente dall'host in altra sede. Inoltre l'appartamento era sporco e l'host si è giustificato scrivendo che essendo ferragosto, non aveva trovato personale per farlo pulire. Chiaramente abbiamo preferito non soggiornare in questo alloggio.
