First floor - just a few stairs away from the street. Short walk to Centre Pompidou and walkable distance to many attractions. A few seconds walk from metro and supermarket. We stayed 5 nights and we recommend to anyone who is interested in a most lovely stay in Paris.

El host muy amable y excelente ubicación. El baño tiene problemas de ventilación, por lo que olía a humedad todo el tiempo. Es un espacio ideal para 2 personas. La habitación tiene 2 ventanas que dan al pasillo (escalera) del edificio, lo que hace que haya mucho ruido en las noches/mañanas.

Perfect. Close to everything and right at the center of busy street, we literally walked to all the attractions when we were here. There was a nice bakery just 1 min walk away, and the location is easy to find as well. The only trade off is the noise since it's in the busy area and walls are thin. There is 1 small curving flight of stairs (big luggages might have some problems) and also, bed is uncomfortable. Arnaud is responsive but once when asked for kitchen towel, he gave toilet paper instead and did not come back another day to pass the kitchen towel. Water from the shower is also quite small. Other than small issues like those, for the location of the flat and Netflix, no regrets choosing this flat.
