Outside, the spacious terraces provide plenty of space for alfresco dining, a gorgeous pool and a beautiful tiered garden for sunbathing with views to the sea surrounding the villa. Inside, the villa is light, spacious and stylishly decorated. The large open plan living area consists of a comfortable lounge with floor to ceiling doors that lead you to the terrace facing the ‘Golfo Degli Angeli’ ahead. The front terrace wraps around the house and leads you directly to the beautiful pool situated in the private back garden. The modern kitchen is attractive and well equipped, with a dining table for 6 guests which opens onto the front terrace and also back garden – perfect for alfresco dining using the outdoor BBQ. The guest bathroom is also located off the open plan living area with a door leading directly to the pool. All supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants are only a few minutes drive away from the villa. Although there is local bus transport, a car is recommended. The most famous beach nearest to the villa is Mari Pintau meaning ‘painted sea’, which is only a 6 minute drive from the villa. ‘Is Canaleddus’ beach club is also just around the corner which offers sun lounger hires with a beautiful coffee shop and restaurant. The alluring sandy beaches of South East Sardinia are located 3km in either direction of the villa.
