Ivy-Leigh is centrally located in Barmouth so everything you need is right on your doorstep. The house is immaculate and very well presented with a fabulous kitchen. There is everything you need and more to make meals for the family if you don't want to eat out. Hannah was very responsive and helpful when contacted. I will definitely be back!

Really lovely place to stay with family or friends. Right in the heart of Barmouth. Hannah supplied us with a pdf booklet on the property and surrounding area which made everything really clear and was super helpful. Enjoyable stay!

We loved our week here. The house had everything we could have thought of, super clean and spacious. Beautiful scenary and so easy to walk everywhere locally or travel further afield. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Second review as weve stayed here twice in a month! Cant recommend this place enough, hannahs little additions on arrival make a difference! It has everything you could possibly need. The location is just perfect - we can park the car up and not use it the whole stay. Once again we will absolutely be returning… again!

An absolutely brilliant stay, home was well equipped and had everything you could possibly need. It was clean, tidy and we felt right at home! Hannah was quick to ring and sort an issue we had with hot water… we will definitely be returning this year!
