It was greater than we imagined before in every aspect. I strongly recommend Terracotta house and its perfect hosts. in detail... Location: It locates at an ideal point in Oia, Not sunset side but caldera side with whole breathtaking city view. Just a few steps down from the main street but quiet. We could enjoy a wonderful time on its terrace. Rooms: 2 floors combined by outer stairs was just suitable for us (2wemen & 2men group). Each floor has 3 beds, a shower unit, and a kitchen. Clean and fashionable. In the kitchen, Espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster and basic facilities were waiting for us. A housekeeper came and cleaned rooms up every day. Amenity: Welcome fruit juice, a bottle of wine, espresso, coffee, tea, jam, butter, honey are free in Kitchen. Shampoo, Conditioner, shower gel, and body milk are APTIVA. Hosts: Nicoletta and Christina gave us amazing hospitality. Every message was replied soon. Even during the stay, I sent messages many about such as transportation, WiFi trouble, booking of restraint... and Christina responded immediately. She also arranged poters who brought our laggages between the house and the parking lot.

First of all!! There is no better location to stay at than House Nicoletta. I will recommend this place to any friends traveling to Santorini. Nicoletta was able to arrange a driver from Port and to/from airport. Each Ride is 30Euros. It is a van that has a very comfortable ride. The village is quite quiet at night. A-plus for sleeping. Christina and Alexandra act as a concierge if you need them to. They can make reservations for you and give great advice. It is super helpful that they are located right in Oia. They also met us at the nearest drop off point when we arrived and had porters help us with our bags! How amazing and unexpected. We rented out the top and bottom of the house for a large group and we were able to have enough space for 6 of us with room to spare. Obviously not a lot of privacy but who needs it when you are on an island! We were able to get by without renting a car but it involved the local bus system which was nerve racking for some. There are 3 bathrooms which is kind of unheard of! They also provided some shampoo, shower gel and the most amazing smelling shower milk. Random- the water tastes amazing. There isn't really much need to buy water. We had to buy water for walking around. It is an easy walk all over the village. We also walked about 30 minutes to a local beach and watched the sunset on the way back up on the hill. Overall, this was an amazing experience. Do yourself a favor and book for several days at a time. You will not regret it having such an inside location to the village.

We were a group of 7 and was greeted by our transfer driver at the airport and then by Christina and Alexandria, at the villa. The position of the property, is at the best vantage point for photographs. The villa was charming and was cleaned everyday. Santorini is not a place for 5 star luxury as such , however, as an architect, I could appreciate the spaces and could easily tune in, to the 'Santorini feel', in its totality, as the villa oozed charm and was close in proximity to all the tourist highlight areas. Porters and 'pick ups' were punctual and as a family, we had the best time staying at Nicoletta's villa. We had a few small glitches such as power going out but it was fixed very quickly. I would certainly recommend staying at this property if you are planning travel, to such a beautiful part of the world. Ross Sta Maria Australia

House Nicoletta in Oja was a dream for us as was Nicoletta and her lovely daughters. They took such good care of us, arranging transportation, meeting us at the taxi, giving great advice and guidance and even doing our laundry for us and delivering it in a lovely red box. We all loved the cave house, it's in the perfect location in Oja. We felt like locals after only 4 days. Everything you need is in the house including a wonderful welcome basket full of goodies and a bottle of Santorini wine. Can't wait to return, Thank you so much Nicoletta, Alexandra & Christina!
