Bert's place is a great location, walkable to downtown, College Hill, and the surrounding neighborhoods. The space was really clean, bright and very comfortable. I highly recommend Bert's place when visiting Greensboro.

We had a great stay with our two dogs! Having the fenced in yard was a bonus for them.

A great deal on a nice studio with a comfortable bed. Great location, especially if visiting UNCG.

I stayed for a week in The Fish Bowl, Over all it was a good experience. There is a bar on the corner that gets pretty loud and that was not great but otherwise safe and pleasant. The downside was there was no washer or dryer for clothes. There is only a mini fridge that’s really too small for anything other than a bottle or two of water. There is no fan or mirror for the sleeping area. The one ceiling fan is blocked by a large bookcase so there was no ventilation when sleeping. Many people including myself absolutely need a fan to sleep. There was also not a single full length mirror which is really needed for any professional who stays here to get ready before leaving for the day. Also there is no where to store clothing at all. No clothes rack, no dresser, no armoire and no closet. Which means it would have been nice to at least have an ironing board etc but that wasn’t there either. Those small tweaks would really improve the experience staying there.

This place is a hidden gem. It is roomy and comfy and I felt right at home. The location is perfection. I can’t wait to come back!
