We had a great stay at the Bull Pen. It was great for guest with limited mobility: plenty of space and only one step. In a peaceful location but close to A40 and access to the amenities in Carterton.

Had such a great stay at the bull pen 🐂 . It’s a really large and private space with stunning views and sunsets. Went with our 2 year old toddler and it’s the perfect location. The accommodation has lots of room for them to play safely, and at the bottom of the farm there is an amazing country park that kept the little one entertained for hours. The country wildlife park is also a 10 minute drive away. As adults we enjoyed sitting on the veranda when the little one was sleeping, and we had all the amenities that made it feel like a special stay away from home. Gus is a very helpful and kind host and we were welcomed by the friendly dogs and chickens. We felt home away from home. It’s a perfect base for exploring all the Cotswolds. I’d recommend booking up!

Really enjoyed our visit to the bull pen. Gus was a great host that made our stay very enjoyable. Super location with short drives to neighbouring villages.

A really lovely place to stay. Peaceful off grid type get away. Nice spacious clean accommodation and comfortable too. Delightful friendly dogs and chickens even saw a deer one evening. The sunsets are amazing, I would come back just for them! Easy place to find and was within 2 mins of a good road so getting places was easy. 10/10 Loved it.
