Perfect place to stay to experience Newcomb, the heart of the Adirondacks!

We greatly enjoyed our family reunion at the Inn. Before it became an Inn the house belonged to my husband’s family. It was beautiful to watch them relive memories and admire the beautiful work done to restore the house. Everything was clean and lovely. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is the jewel of the whole house; I was in my glory just prepping and cleaning up after meals! The shower stall in the Rich Lake room was tight, but the claw foot tub was charming, and the water pressure was good. Make sure when you go to visit the Adirondack Interpretive Center and donate toward fixing up the beautiful trails that were demolished by the flooding. Also check out the Cafe for breakfast! If you go into Long Lake the diner there is also excellent. Lake Harris was a really fun beach; my kids had a blast digging for freshwater clams! We had such a good time and can’t wait to visit again.

We found The Inn at Santanoni to be very clean and comfortable. There are few options of places to stay in Newcomb and the surrounding area, so we were happy to find and use this place. The property was well done and maintained. I communicated several times with Nancy before our visit and her responses were always prompt. Our guests really enjoyed the back porch!

Great home base for exploring all of the outdoor options in Newcomb and nearby. Wonderful kitchen, great for our group to gather in. Nancy is hospitable and helpful!
