Chambre impeccable. Ventilateur très apprécié. Route très fréquentée devant. Accès à Venise très rapide grâce à la gare à 3 minutes en voiture. Matteo a communiqué avec nous avant et pendant le séjour.

we stayed at Matteo's place for 3nights in July during Europe's heatwave. our room was clean and basic but only had one fan. we were next to the main road which was extremely busy and noisy all night, even with earplugs. it would have been helpful to have known we would be next to the main road as we got very little sleep. while the location was good, the bus stop was right outside, with easy transport to the train station to get to Venice for the day. we didn't realise we went on the day that began celebrations for Venice with fireworks at midnight. we decided to stay, but ended up having to walk home from the train station as no buses or taxis available. Matteo's place was lovely and while pictures show off its beauty, I would only recommend this place for a few nights and perfect for easy access into Venice (but note bus times for return as a long walk home).

The property is situated 2.5 km from Mogliano Venito train station. right outside the house you will find a bus stop. buses are available after an interval of half an hour. it's easy to reach train station by bus and from there to Venice by train. hardly a matter of 30 minutes. We had easy and hassel free movement from the property to Venice and Mestre as we planned our to and fro journeys according to the scheduled timings of the bus and train. Like this you don't wait anywhere for longer! About the host and the accomodation, Matteo was proactive and very helpful throughout our stay. He was always just a message away! We appreciate that he let us check in before the scheduled time and always gave us tips whenever we asked for. The Lenin, towels, floors, washroom were super clean. Loved the little assorted snacks provided for the tea time! If you like walking, you can save 5 Euros & walk till Mogliano Venito station instead of using bus. Then take a train for 3Euros to Venice!!

Lovely place, clean and comfortable and Matteo was very helpful with everything we needed , for sure would recommend!
