Overall a lovely house with a fantastic garden/pool area and the master bedroom is great HOWEVER the following aspects were extremely disappointing: - all other bedrooms are really shabby (located in the back of the house with hardly any windows) - no infant beds (even though we asked in advance and the were promised - we were just given blankets to lay on the floor) - no child seats for the dining table - upon check out in the morning we were surprised that the homeowner just entered the house without knocking and being extremely unfriendly! Be aware!!!!! EXTRA FEES: were asked for cleaning 200€ & electricity needs to be paid extra (be aware we dien’t use the airco the entire week but still needed to pay 140€ extra - this should be included in the already very high rental price)

Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus. Insgesamt sehr guter Eindruck mit Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Lage des Hauses mit Pool und direktem Meerzugang sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß 20 Minuten, mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Straßen eher Feldwege rund ums Haus. Ca. 1h10min Autofahrt vom Cagliari Airport. Sauberkeit top, Zimmer im Anbau bei Regen (wir hatten eine Regennacht) eher muffig. Küchenausstattung sehr gut, großer Kühlschrank, Internet nicht überall verfügbar. 600 Euro mussten zu Beginn in Bar übergeben werden, 400 Euro Kaution und 200 Euro Reinigung. Bei 6 Personen ca. 200 Euro pro Woche Strom und Heizöl Verbrauch, welches mit der Kaution verrechnet wird. Kommunikation bei Übergabe für nicht italienisch sprechende sehr schwierig, auch Novasol verweist nur auf die Ansprechpartner vor Ort.

The highlight of this accommodation is the pool and the garden with sea view. This really is hard to beat. In just a few minutes' walk you can be on a small sandy beach. The water is crystal clear. There are three bedrooms in the house, one being very nice and large with patio doors to the garden, the other two are tiny - they looked bigger in the pictures in the advert. One of the rooms does not even have daylight. It is great though that all rooms have an en-suite bathroom. It was unpleasant that there were additional hidden costs for electricity and cleaning on site. For one week we had to pay 140 euros for electricity and 150 euros for cleaning. We found these prices very high. We would have appreciated it if this had also been communicated in the advertisement. The internet really does not work - as many here have already noticed. There is one, but you can hardly open a page with it. A 4G mobile network is available, but it does not work at all. Therefore, digital detox is the name of the game. We spent a very nice week. The accommodation is quite remote and the nearest village is very small with only a few restaurants. It takes about 1.5 hours to get to Cagliari.

The house is very nice and exactly as described in the ad. It was very clean. The location is breathtaking, as you are rewarded every evening with a beautiful sunset. The pool is gorgeous and you can go from the property directly to the sea. The bedrooms are a bit different. The master bedroom is very large and spacious and has a nice bathroom. The other two rooms are much smaller and simpler, but also offer everything you need. The fourth bedroom is outside of the house in a small dependance directly at the entrance.
