Trip was off to a rocky start due to water crisis in Hochatown. Days in advance of our trip mgmt communicated that our trip would not be refunded because the water crisis was “an act of God” outside of their control but as a “good gesture” they would let us reschedule. This seemed highly unacceptable and upsetting for the big group of us going. This left a bitter taste and mgmt was difficult to get in touch with as we expected a refund if THEY couldnt supply a functioning cabin during our planned trip. Thankfully the city fixed the water situation before our trip and avoided having to fight any further shady tactics. Once we arrived the trip was amazing. Beautiful cabin and location. Sleep arrangement was great for 6 families. I'll add that the photos are deceiving. The fishing pond is not directly behind the house as indicated in the photos. Although beds were clean, several of the sheets were stained and the comforters had a musty/old smell. The entire cabin could use new bedding.

We went for thanksgiving break. Perfect for my big family. Plenty of things to do close by. Very clean. Pictures do not give the places justices. Better than what I expected. I’d book again.

This cabin is great! Very well stocked with dishes, cookware, towels and such. The space is remarkable and meets expectation. The only complaint we had was that the mattresses are not comfortable.
