I was lucky enough to stay here again. It's such a great place I am almost worried that I won't be satisfied with other housing options in Taipei from now on. As a traveling digital worker who appreciates a comfortable space for productivity and access to the local lifestyle, I am super satisfied. Super nice and spacious apartment with great style and comfort, located in an eclectic neighborhood between Yongkang Park and Shida Night Market. Farid is a great host who is very knowledgeable about the Taiwan expat life and is always there to help out or offer advice. There is no elevator, but Farid was kind enough to help me with luggage. The apartment itself is an architect-designed gem that looks better in person than the photos. It's set up for longer-term stays, so you get to do your own laundry and trash disposal. The amenities are great: Drinking water dispenser, full kitchen, steam shower room, heating, drying function in the bathroom, and plenty of storage space. Great hot water pressure, good wifi, and big desk space for a traveling computer worker like myself. I appreciate the style and attention to details, plus how clean and well maintained it is. I had a great time staying in this apartment.

Farid is a wonderful host. He always responded quickly and provided lots of useful information. The apartment is as good as described and specious with good taste of furniture and interior design. The area of yongkang is one of the best area in Taipei. Thank you Farid for everything and look forward to coming back again.

Прекрасный район со множеством крутых кафе и ресторанов, парком и удобной транспортной доступностью, удивительное гостеприимство, стильный дизайн апартаментов, вся техника внутри была в отличном состоянии. Также, Фарид предоставил возможность late check-out, что было очень важно, так как мы с девушкой летели разными рейсами. В общем, рекомендую остановиться здесь и вы влюбитесь в Тайбэй с первого взгляда :)

Apartment: FABULOUS Location: FABULOUS Host: FABULOUS OK, in order: the apartment is nicer & more comfortable than the photos can convey; roomy, airy, lots of light, clean, quite. I particularly appreciated the split A/C-heating system, allowing me to keep the living area comfortable while keeping the bedroom cooler during the night. The sauna option in the shower was sweet too. Location, easy 10 min walk to Dongmen MRT because, even though you’ll find everything you could possibly need in your lovely neighborhood, you’ll likely want to explore the greater Taipei metropolitan area. Host: Farid was so sweet & so helpful I feel you could ask him anything & he’d do his best to find an answer. I was there 2+ Months, am pretty self-sufficient & had no issues but Farid checked in on me to make sure everything was OK.
