Wonderful cabin, thoughtful amenities. The owners were very responsive. Too bad about middle men, Air BnB and Evolve adding cost and not much value.

This place is awesome! Beautiful cabin with all the amenities and special touches you could ask for. They have everything you could possibly need. The cabin seems well built and maintained. It was a perfect spot for a remote, relaxing get away. They even had s’mores ready to go and a bottle of wine for the jacuzzi bath. First class place. Would love to come again.

Overall, this was a very good place to stay and would recommend to most people. 1. It was very clean with comfortable furniture 2. The location was quiet and surrounded by nature 3. The porch was awesome and a pleasant place to sit outside with a gas fire pit 4. There was also a regular fire pit as well 5. They provided the items necessary for s’mores which was a very cute touch 6. It’s relatively close to a lot of different hikes and towns so there is plenty to do over the course of a long weekend 7. The pictures also match what you see in real life. Just a few things to point out that may be relevant for some guests: 1. the driveway is paved, but the access road (0.5 mi) leading to the driveway is not paved and is only wide enough for one car to pass at a time. We were fine in our sedan and only had to back up once when we encountered another car. 2. The linens have strongly scented detergent so be aware if you have an allergy

Our family stayed over the Christmas weekend at this lovely, cozy cabin. It was beautifully decorated inside and out! They even left us ingredients to make smores over the fire! The owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had quite quickly. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It was in a nice location in the mountains and we were close to waterfalls and Lake Glenville, snow tubing down the road, and skiing as well. We especially enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace each night after being out in the cold all day! I would definitely return in the future!!

We had an amazing stay! Billy was very welcoming and responsive to our questions. The cabin was cozy, comfy, and well stocked. The only two items we wished were there were tissue and lighter fluid (for the fire pit). The cabin is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat away from the business of life. The 25 minute drive to Cashiers is filled with beautiful tress and lots of color changing leaves (in the fall). It helps pass the time quickly if you don’t like long drives. We loved Bucks Coffee Cafe. The line is long, but worth it. They have cozy seating inside and plenty of seating outside. We are so glad we found the Nest at Taylor Creek!
