Santa Maria 24 – Luxury Apartments is one of the first palace dating back to the beginning of 1900 built in the old town of Monopoli, in the heart of Puglia. Romantic and fascinating, it faces the Adriatic Sea, Carlo V Castle and the old town. We offer 9 different luxurious apartments on the second and third floor of this historic building. Moreover, there is an extra apartment just a few steps far from the main building.

If I could leave 6 stars I would. The Santa Maria 24 team is exceptional. The apartment is better than the pictures, and you’re overlooking the Adriatic and all it’s beauty. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had… I don’t say this lightly.
